What permissions are necessary to grant "Manage Full Access Permission" on a mailbox? I'd like to grant my Help Desk staff the ability to add users to a mailbox access.Orange County District Attorney

Hi Sandy,
Which version of Exchange server do you use?
If you are using Exchange 2007, the account should be Exchange Server Administrator or Exchange Organization Administrator, and the account you use must be delegated the Account Operators permission in the domain where target mailbox-enabled account
exists.

Hi Frank,
We're using Exchange 2007. Thanks for the links, they will help with my issue. We currently grant our Help Desk staff the Recipient Admin role but don't want them to have the Server or Org Admin role. We'll leave this task out of their responsibility for
